Sweet Tiny Farmhouse
350 square feet of tiny living space sit atop a Tumbleweed dual- axle 15,000 lb. trailer.
There is a first floor room that I have set up as a bedroom, but it can be used for a home office or child’s room.
Above is an 8’ x 8’ loft with a jog to accommodate the stair type ladder.
There is a small closet under the stairs with a clothes rail, a few vintage wire hooks to hold clothes, backpacks & a clothes hamper & broom.
The living room is big enough for two cozy chairs and a stool that doubles as an ottoman or a coffee table. The front door is in the living room area.
The computer workspace has a stool that can be tucked underneath when not in use or use the stool for additional guests in the living room.
The kitchen area includes a two burner induction cooktop in the countertop , a farmers apron sink and on the opposite wall a retro\ vintage looking UNIQUE refrigerator and a Breville smart touch oven.
The cabinets are IKEA shaker style in very barely off white color with hand- forged wrought iron knobs made by an Etsy artisan.
The 4 gallon Steinbel- Eltron on-demand hot water heater is housed under one of the cabinets. & a washer dryer hookup. There is a traditional flush toilet and a 32” one piece Delta fiberglass shower.
There is a 12k btu Pioneer minisplit a/c & heater.
The back door is off the kitchen area.
There are sliding vintage doors that lend privacy to the bedroom and the bathroom that have vintage glass knobs and hardware.
The tiny house communication center had a piece of salvaged chalkboard from my local elementary school , I saved several pieces and am up cycling it in this tiny house.
There is shiplap wood on the interior walls and primed clapboard on the exterior ( the exterior will be painted in the coming weeks, so if you decide you want this house you could pick the color).
Marvin casement windows all around, awning windows on top level.
I still have a few items to finish. Thanks!
