Texas sized tiny home for sale. Including the loft this gal is 522 square feet (not including the 6 ft covered porch). Floor plan is for 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, and a loft that could double as a second bedroom or storage. Dimensions are as follows: 30’ long x 15.5’ wide x 15.5’ tall. She’s not the smallest of tiny homes so will have to be moved by a reputable structural transportation service. This beauty gets more expensive by the day, as I’m finishing it out more and more but will sell as is (would still include cabinets, drywall, interior doors, and flooring). Electrical is almost finished and the plumbing will be put in soon as well. Will be insulated with spray foam in the next month, therefore will be a “green” home.
