The Byrd House

I have finally completed by my tiny house (which started as my COVID hobby) and I am looking to sell it to someone who will appreciate it as much as I do! The house was built on a triaxle trailer and fits within standard trailer requirements (do not need an oversized load permit to move). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, large toaster oven, sink, and propane 2 burner stove top. The bathroom has all high efficiency features including a standard 32x32 shower, sink, and flush toilet. The propane tankless water heater, water storage tank, and pump make the house ready for any off gird location!
