Built from a 20 ft shipping container, this home includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and work space and can be trailer-mounted or park installed. Once inside, the home has ample natural light from over 80 square feet of windows, directional LED lighting, ceramic tile flooring and is wired for surround sound. In addition, the home comes complete with brand new appliances, including a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump, Tankless Hot Water Heater, Dometic Convection Oven Microwave, Two Burner Electric Stove and Dometic Under counter Refrigerator plus a Schlage Smart Entry Lock. We also feature entirely hand made cabinets as well as a hydraulic full-sized murphy bed with Casper Matress and drop leaf breakfast bar. In the Bathroom, we feature a 3x3' solid acrylic shower pan, ceramic tile on 3 walls, and a traditional Home Toilet. For Buyers who wish to have an off-grid tiny house, this unit comes with 2 solar panels, 195 watts each, total 390 watts, plus two enphase M215 microinverters mounted to the roof and with further DIY work, the bathroom can be converted to off-grid as well.
This home would make a great backyard office, accessory dwelling, or independent tiny home perfect for all seasons, and features 3 inches of closed cell spray foam on all walls, floor, and ceiling (R-20). It would also make a great starter shell for an adventurous DIYer who wishes to customize the interior or add in additional off grid features to make the space their own. Power-in can come from either a 30 Amp or 50 Amp Power, Water has duel 3/4" threaded as well as a rapid fill 1", drain is a RV 3" floodgate.
