The Cascade Tiny Home

The Cascade Tiny Home is built by West Coast Homes, a premier tiny home builder in the top northwest corner of Washington State. This model is 240 square feet with a loft space of 70 square feet. It features 10' ceilings in the living and kitchen area, with a full bathroom and bedroom on the main floor. The open staircase makes the main space feel larger. The model is 36' long, can sleep up to four people, and features an open sleeping loft. This home is built in our warehouse in Lynden, WA, and then moved to the property of your choice. We build all of our tiny homes to the International Residential Code (IRC) Appendix Q and the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Our clients can rest assured that our models are properly certified and can provide full-time accommodations.
