The Stopover is a unique state of the art tiny house, made with only the finest materials during the construction phase.  The Trailer is built by American Made Trailers specifically designed for a tiny house. Includes 2  7000 lb drop axels, 10 ply 8 lug tires, and 26 gauge galvanized metal floor.  Floor is "2" X "4" construction which is secured with carriage bolts to the trailer itself. R-13 batt insulation, 3/4 t. g. Sub floor, and a thermowrap radiant barrier.  Walls "2" X "4" construction with 7/16 OSB sheathing; with Tyvek Thermowrap; hurricane straps; and 3/4 treaded rod through the sub floor and top plate.  Windows are High Efficiency Dual Pane Vinyl which consist of 1 Double Hung. 2 casements and 6 awning which crank out.  Real 36'' wood door with speak easy and hammered rivets. Roof is a hail resistant coated granular shake by Decra Roofing. Siding and trim is a composite cellular product with a kynar aquatic finish, lifetime warranty! Cedar rafter rear porch with light. Cedar deck that folds up for easy storage when traveling.  Propane Tankless hot water. Diakin Split system for heating and AC. Stainless Steel Appliances, Apartment size refrigerator, microwave, and 30'' 4 burner with oven. 18 gauge stainless steel counter tops Stainless steel LED lighting; 11 ceiling lights (tiny house is fully lit when all lights are on. Zero dark spaces.) Hardwood floors 3/4 Birch wood cabinets and doors. Walls are also 1/2 Birchwood with 3/4'' trim. Primed and painted with Sherwin Williams Pro Classic Enamel Paint.  All electrical, plumbing, and all other work has been done by licensed contractors.
