- Siding and trim is a composite cellular product with a Kynar aquatic finish (lifetime warranty!)
- Cedar rafter rear porch with light. Cedar deck folds up for easy storage when traveling
- Propane tankless hot water heater
- Diakin Split System A/C and heating unit

- Standard flushing toilet with sink and 36'' shower
