The kitchen holds the homes namesake, a vintage 1950s era steel Youngstown by Mullins kitchen sink and base that has been completely restored. The kitchen also contains a 10cf refrigerator, a 20 inch propane range with a 4 burner cooktop. Water is heated by a tankless propane water heater. The home is insulated with closed cell foam and heated and cooled by ductless mini split heat pump for extreme energy efficiency . Outside the home is sheathed in cedar lap siding and has a 40 year galvalume metal roof.
The approximate weight of the home is 11,500 lbs and the trailer has two 7000 lb axles.
