THOW for sale by owner

We are selling the tiny home that my wife and I have lived in SW Washington for the past 2 years. We built the home from plans on a new Iron Eagle triple axel trailer designed for this use. The overall length is 32’ and stands 13’ 6” to the peak of the roof. The width is 7’8” so no special permits are needed to tow. This home weighs about 16,000 lbs. We are selling it with all furnishings and appliances pictured. There is a wood stove that puts off outstanding heat as well as a mini split for additional heat/AC. The range, water heater and dryer are all propane based so the total electric draw is minimal, 20-30 amps at most. There is a traditional stack washer dryer unit that works well for 2 people. Full size bath tub & shower and Separrette composting toilet (no sewer/septic required). The walls and ceiling are ship lap. Exterior sided in cedar with metal roof. It is Insulated with spray foam in the 2x4 walls and ceiling and 5.5” mineral wool in the floor. This home is very air tight and the spray foam adds structural strength. The kitchen sink is full size with wood counters and a 6’ bar that folds down if needed. Leather L-shaped couch included. The stairs to bedroom have built in storage with two closets for hanging and sleeping area has built in drawers. The storage loft is ~6x7 with rolling ladder for easy access. We have also built a 10’x12’ covered porch that is included. It abuts tightly to the house but is not screwed or attached in any way. The deck boards are cedar (unstained) and can be disassembled relatively easily and moved with framing. The cover is designed with clear panels to allow light.
