Tiny Barn Home

I bought the structure a little over a year ago. It's a 2016 shed that looks like a barn (super cute) it is set up as a one bed one bath with two lofts, good sized front porch with enough room to chill and grill, a small kitchen and a living room. Interior dimensions are 25x10. The bedroom has a lot of potential. It currently is set up with a DIY solid wood queen bed frame and plenty of wall space for a built in entertainment center, small wardrobe, shelves, pretty much anything you would need you have the space for in this bedroom and has one outlet. The bathroom also has enough space for a full bath toilet and plumbing are hooked up and usable (pipes will be run for shower and kitchen sinks before sale). Living room is about 10x10 with a window on either side and two outlets. The kitchen has room to house a small fridge and stove with cabinets (need countertops). It is not on wheels as that was last on the list of "to do's" but I will be giving you the blocks it sits on and hurricane anchors (14 of them). I'm asking 22k for it as the structure cost me 20k and I have put around 2k into it. I cannot do monthly payments as I need what cash I get to buy my own home.
