I originally built this Tiny House to live fully off grid. I had a 30-gallon freshwater tank and a propane on-demand water heater. Those have since been removed or are non-functional. A slight modification would allow the owner to hook up a hose and the plumbing would be functional again. The shower is plumbed and should in theory work, but has never been used. There is a 6-gallon grey water tank under the sink. The shower was designed to drain out the side of the house. The toilet is a DIY composting bucket unit with a liquid separator.
I estimate that the Tiny House weighs approximately 5000lbs, but this is just an estimate based on weights of other similarly sized units.
There is ample storage within the house including under/behind the couch in addition to two interior closets and plenty of shelving. The larger of the two closets was built as a ski closet and could easily be modified into serving other purposes. There is a “shed” on the front of the house that houses the propane tanks and room for more items.
This is a DIY tiny house and is not perfect. I built it to look like a small log cabin. I moved in with my girlfriend or I would still be living in it.
