This tiny farmhouse is located outside Clayton Georgia at the feet of the Smokey Mountains. It's 480 sqft open layout makes for a roomy feel. There is a half bath (yup! a toilet and sink) in the loft bedroom. Full size appliances and even a washer/dryer make this home comfortable to live in full time or a great place to spend those precious vacation days. The home sits on .83 acres, has city water and septic for a 3 bedroom home. We built this to live in but are currently working in Florida. Just finished it in November of 2017. The pictures tell all!
