Sliding door from “mud room” to main living space
Sliding door in Bathroom
Sliding exterior patio door, the four full length windows on the corner are energy efficient. Vintage front door. Exterior barn doors have been removed so that I could install sliding glass door. The plan was to put those back on for aesthetic / privacy and the doors come with the structure, they just aren’t attached. The interior walls have been insulated and dry walled, and the ceiling is insulated and has been covered with bead board. I framed up the mud room wall and the bathroom. I added additional supports in each corner of the dwelling prior to installing drywall. Subfloor has been stained and sealed.
Tile has been put down in the bathroom and shower pan and Cement board is in the shower area. The kitchen countertops were handmade out of poplar, maple, and oak scraps, I added some driftwood to the side of the cabinets for aesthetic and it turned out great. The kitchen can accommodate a decent size fridge and a standard size range and includes a range hood.
I purchased a wood stove from tractor supply and that is Included with the the sale.
I was planning on installing a rain catchment system. Both sisterns, gutters, and downspout are included with the sale. All electrical outlets and switches have been wired to the sub panel. There are electrical outlets in all areas of the dwelling and all lights are functional.
This is a project that I intended on finishing, and given my life circumstances I’m choosing to sell it. Happy to answer any questions that anyone may have.
