SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!! Asking $15,000. BUYER MUST HAVE IT MOVED. Selling our 12x32 center cabin. We are moving out of state and are not wanting to take with us. We purchased in 2021 as an empty shell. We have insulated, added sheet rock, and texture. The ceiling has sheet rock, but needs to be completed. Also added flooring and added a wall to divide the space into two separate rooms. It needs trim and a coat of paint if desired. There is electricity, just no gas or water. Also has ceiling fan in larger room with two usb outlets, along with multiple other basic outlets. (7 outlets total in entire building.) There is a small portion of the patio railing that is burnt due to an electrical incident involving Christmas lights. Damage is VERY minimal and can easily be repaired. NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.
