Tiny Home in Irving Texas-$9000

Tiny home built by students in construction class from MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas and local construction companies. This tiny home has over $10,000 worth of materials both purchased by Irving ISD and by donations from local construction companies. It is 8x12 with a loft. It has a lot of features such as a tank-less hot water heater, 30 year shingles, AC, mini fridge, shower and stove. This must be sold by the end of summer. Buyer is responsible for moving. The $9000 is the buy it now price but will have to take the highest reasonable price offered by August 1st. We are not looking to make money.
