Hi there! Thanks for checking out our tiny home! We have thoroughly enjoyed the past 3 years, but alas, it is time for us to move on. The trailer itself is 28' long and was specially built to hold a tiny house. There is an additional 8' of space over the top of the gooseneck as well. This tiny house was designed with work from home situations in mind before COVID hit, and it has been a huge blessing for us. Having designed the home to fit our needs it is possible to walk through the whole home at 6'4" and under without hitting your head (with exception for the loft, you'll have to crawl there).
There is a living room space that is roughly 7.5' by 7'. We used to have a little modular sectional with storage there, but more recently we have put a king bed in place. The kitchen is about 13'x7.5'. There is plenty of cabinetry in here with a corner cabinet that is very deep. The fridge is a low power consumption unit, and the range is propane. The bathroom is about 8'x7.5'. There is a decent sized bathroom vanity with a mirrored medicine cabinet above. This is where the ventless propane heater is housed below a small two cabinet closet. The shower is 36"x36" and quite spacious. Even at 6'4" I only need to duck slightly to have my head under the showerhead. Also accompanying the bathroom is a Nature's Head composting toilet. Over the top of the gooseneck is a 8'x7.5' office with a left and right side. There is shelf storage below. This is also the location of the indoor head of the mini split unit. Behind the office and over top of the bathroom is the loft space which was also built to hold a king sized bed. Beneath the living room space, which was built 3 feet higher than trailer level) there are access to three cubbies from the exterior. One of them houses the propane tank for the range and water heater, one has all of the solar panel equipment, and the largest houses the deep cycle batteries/100 gal water tank/water heater/water pump.
