Full size bathroom with fiberglass tub/ shower insert, plumbed for toilet, vanity sink, washer. Plumbing for kitchen sink, water line for refrigerator and water heater. Comes with30 gal water heater, double bowl kitchen sink ( stainless with faucet) , porcelain vanity sink and faucet. Wired for stove and dryer 220, kitchen, bath, main living area, loft and exterior 110 outlets. Wired for 3 way switches at entry and loft for ceiling fan. Siding inside and out 3/4" tongue and groove. Exterior painted. Double insulated windows, metal exterior door. Have the door for bathroom. Selling as is or can finish out to your desires. Needs flooring, cabinets, countertops, final baseboards and trim, wall and ceiling stain, clear coat or paint. I built this house on steel I beam but is not a THOW, it will require a professional moving service.
