Tiny House- 8 X 16- This is a unique cabin on skids. Fully insulated (R13), wired (120), and beautifully finished inside. One whole wall is made of Stained Glass with windows that open to the outside. Two windows above the bed that open. One above the couch. The back wall is solid. Built so snow would easily slide off the back of the cabin. The ceiling height is 10ft. in the front and 7 ft. on the back wall. There is room to add a loft. Metal roofing (new of course). Not plummed yet. Shell was built by The Shed Company in Bonners Ferry, ID. Then customized here on our place. Cedar interior. Built in June, 2018. Is currently used as a vacation rental. This has been consistently rented since we opened it up. Includes all the furnishings. The futon folds into a single bed. This building is on skids and super easy to move.
