FAQ’s:
Q:Can I take the composting toilet out and replace it with a ceramic one?*
A: I believe so. I suggest you hire a plumber to help with this renovation.
Q: What about laundry?
A: My original plan was to buy a small counter top washer and hang my clothes to dry, and then use a laundromat (or my parents house) to wash larger loads as needed.
Q: I don’t see a table for eating to anything.. where do you entertain and eat?
A: There is a small breakfast nook built in at the base of the stairs. I had originally planned to buy a collapsable table for eating and dining. Entertainment wise, I had planned to build a large porch around the circumference of the house and screen it in to create more space.
Q: Will you take payments for the house?
A: No, I am not willing to take that risk financially.
