I am the second owner of this home and have done my very best to be a good steward of this home. I’ve maintained the house, keeping it in great condition, along with making minor improvements/additions. The key addition I made to this home, which can be seen in the photos, is the storage under the staircase. This was a great addition for clothes storage.
This modern 230-square-foot tiny house on wheels was built in South Elgin, Illinois by Titan Tiny Homes. Coming in at a length of 24ft, this home uses steel stud construction and other weight-reducing materials that make it 33% lighter than most wood framed tiny houses. The exterior paneling and roof are metal as well making this tiny home a long lasting build.
The split style roof has a gable end over the kitchen and storage loft while the shed portion is over the main loft for maximum headroom in loft. The main loft is accessed by stairs and the storage loft is accessed by ladder.
The kitchen features a 4 burner stove, 9.9 cu.ft. apartment fridge, butcher block counters, and a stainless steel kitchen sink. The water heat is ran on propane gas and works great. This home was built to be solar capable if so desired, and it is also RVIA certified. This allows it into RV campgrounds.
The bathroom features a spacious shower, flush toilet, and podium sink.
This home can sleep 3 people comfortably with a queen size memory foam mattress in the loft and a twin XL mattress downstairs that doubles as a day bed/sofa.
