Features include: a kitchen with a deep sink, gas stove top, small refrigerator, small microwave, loveseat, mattress, small tv, gas on demand water heater, MR COOL split level ac/heat unit, but also includes stans alone electrix heat & window AC unit as well. There is a second side to the loft area on the opposite side of the bedroom, however it does not come with a railing, but can easily be put in. Not used very often so is still very new. It is on a trailer and is ready for pickup to be moved off property once it is sold.
