2x4 wall framing with 1/2" plywood sheathing and Tyvek housewrap. Roof has 2x8 rafters with 1/2" plywood sheathing. R13 walls and R19 ceiling insulation. Floor insulation is sheets of polyisocyanurate; about R24.
Andersen vinyl clad awning windows with screens. Steel insulated exterior door with deadbolt. Pine siding. Corrugated painted steel roofing.
All knotty pine interior walls and ceilings. Pine custom made cabinets. Oak butcher block countertops. Wood engineered flooring in kitchen and living room. Vinyl flooring in bathroom. Cork flooring in sleeping loft (easy on the knees).
Stairs to loft with railing. Stairs have 4 built-in drawers with additional storage below.
14,000 BTU propane furnace with blower. No air conditioning.
30 amp electric panel for 110V power with RV hookup. Electric panel has a converter for 12V lighting and appliance circuits ( water pump, on-demand water heater and refrigerator). It also has a battery charger for the 100 amp AGM battery.
Kitchen has storage cabinets and drawers. It has adequate countertop space. There is a 3 burner propane cooktop with a 20" oven.
Bathroom has a tub/shower with ceramic tile walls and a built-in vanity. Exhaust fan. Wall cabinet for storage.
Sleeping loft has space for a queen size bed and storage. Windows on each wall and a skylight which also serves as an emergency exit.
