Tiny House shell

I began building this THOW but due to some life changes can't complete it. It began as a mostly off grid build but you can change that if you want. It sits on a 20ft Trailer Made trailer, specifically designed for tiny houses. It has cedar siding and a metal roof. Insulation has been installed, I used Roxul safe and sound insulation with 1/4in plywood on walls. No utilities are run but you could remove the plywood and insulation to run them if off-grid isn't for you. I also have a variety of appliances and materials that can be included. Has a sleeping loft and a storage loft with one wall made of reclaimed pallet wood. I also have quite a bit of pallet wood left over if you would like that as well. There is also porch that can be taken apart and moved with the house. If you have any questions just let me know!
