It includes an insulated T&G floor,rough framed walls (built to earthquake standards) 5 Windows, 1 door and a loft. The exterior siding, exterior trim a quality composite roof (built to hurricane standards). The exterior is primed and ready for paint. The interior is ready to be finished however you see fit. We have not included any plumbing or electric so that you can custom build the interior to your exact specifications. All work come with a one year warranty.

A 24 foot long 8.5 foot wide PAD tiny house trailer includes a glalvanized bottom pan 2 fender flashings and four scissor style jacks with one crank handle. The G.V.W.R is 14,000lbs dual axle. The trailer comes with a transferable warranty registration card signed over to the occupant upon purchase
