Tiny House Shell For Sale

This tiny house is being sold as a shell, completely finished exterior and installed interior loft. Big windows for a lot of light and a timber frame base. It has a 10 x 12 footprint. We used Coravent Rainguard under all siding, put on a metal gable roof, and used both double hung and slider windows. The floor has 2 inch rigid foam insulation (R-19) between the two sub floors. The shiplap siding has been painted with Cabot Stain. All lumber has been sourced locally and all metal purchased from our local hardware store. Built by a carpenter with over 30 years of experience, this is a very sweet, well-built tiny house for someone's summer project. This tiny house is not on a trailer but has been built to be moved.
