Brand new Tiny House Shell, Office Space, Study, AirBnB rental:
This 10x20 building was just built 3 months ago. It has been painted and electrically wired (though the actual outlets still need to be put in). It has two lofts: One 4x10 loft and one 8x10 loft. We were planning to turn it into a fully functioning tiny home, so the wiring is set up for a front porch light, lights in the lofts, ceiling fan, and lower level lights. The 80sq ft loft is perfect for a king/queen size bed or a significant amount of storage! Unfortunately, we are relocating and it doesn't make sense to take the building with us. We are hoping to pass the shell of our little dream home to someone who can finish and make good use of it.
Once the building is purchased, moving it off our land is not urgent. We can work with you if you need time to move it.
