The tiny house was built on a brand new 7x18 rice car haul trailer- we have the title for that.
My partner and I lived in this full time for 2 1/2 years in all seasons. It is easy to clean, and easy to heat.
What is inside:
Hard maple counters and shelves- Lots of kitchen storage!
Propane stove
Stainless steel sink
9.8 cu ft fridge
Painted shiplap walls
Pergo outlast flooring
Two lofts- 7x10 Sleeping ~7x5 storage loft
Fully functional interior camp shower
Off grid plumbing system (35 gal holding tank + 5 gal pressure tank with pump)
Tankless water heater
1 KW solar panel set up- capable of generating and storing energy off grid
Built in exterior storage "cube"
Cedar entry deck
Notes:
This house is wired off grid AND can be plugged into grid power
We have 100# and 5 20# propane tanks you can have for stove/water heat
We used a propane heater one winter- it did its job too well. You can have that to install if you are interested.
Last winter, we used an electric furnace type space heater- this comes with the house as well as an A/C unit for summer.
During the course of our stay in the tiny home, we purchased a small shelter logic shed to store tools and hobby items to big for consistent storage in the tiny house. This was a super strong tiny house move, and if you would like to take the shelter logic structure to do the same in your new space you are welcome.
You will notice the siding is not complete in the exterior photos- I never got around to finishing the outside. I do have a stack of the shiplap for finishing the siding work tarped up nice. About half of it is stained. This can also come with the house if you want to finish siding it- It is possible for me to finish it for you as well.
There is enough material in this stack to put the rest of fasica/soffit trim on.
