We are offering a new Tiny House (shell) at the Caribbean side of Costa Rica, including an established tropical garden!​ Interior is left to finalize by new owner. Situated in one of the last remote villages, reminding one of Costa Rica in the 70's, where many farmers still go to work on their horse. Rainforest, from the adjoining southern part of the Manzanillo Nature Reserve, and cow fields are the main views, with dotted houses along the one main street leading to the sea, famous for its turtle viewing – 1400m from our property. Some days you can hear the sea at night and wake-up with the howler monkeys and toucans in the morning. There is plenty of space to be self sufficient and to build a bigger house (or houses) if needed and use the tiny house as a guesthouse for visiting family, guesthouse or as a quiet space to withdraw, yoga or meditation platform.
