This recently completed tiny home has 380 square feet, including 2-bedroom lofts (1 queen bed and 1 single bed) plus a couch-bed in the living room. The lofts have 4 ft wall inserts to allow for 7 ft tall ceilings upstairs. To move the house the roof on each loft is lifted, the wall inserts removed, and the roofs reattached. The process is then repeated at the new site to reinstall the wall. It comes complete with a wall-mounted TV and live edge living room shelves; fold up desk; propane fireplace; apartment-sized oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher; shower; washer-dryer; and an eco-friendly composting toilet. It has 2 large storage tanks for water if it goes off the grid. It also has an attached front deck and small rear deck that can be removed and reinstalled in a new location. The custom-built home uses every square inch with many creative solutions for storage, such as a pull-out pantry, storage in the stairs, and storage under the raised floor in the kitchen. Pictures of the home reveal the attention to detail in every facet of the tiny house design.
