Built 6 years ago in Colorado and delivered new to us here Dripping Springs. Great condition. All pine interior, cedar outside. Many nice features. Dimensions:24x8x13.5 King Loft, Twin bed space/or convert to office space, TV-internet ready or cable or USB antenna for local channels. All working appliances; stove, refrigerator, oven, washer/dryer in one. Mitsubishi Mini Split(regularly cleaned and serviced), closet with shelves, other storage spaces, etc. We had a filtered rainwater system, so clean plumbing. No pet, smoke or harmful cleaners or poisons.
