Included in this beautiful tiny home is custom hand made hickory cabinets with HI-Macs Mesa Granite sold surface counter tops, stainless steel pullout spray kitchen faucet. Flooring is teak hardwood. Bathroom includes a full size 30"x30" shower with subway ceramic tile with a glass tile insert. Toilet is a top of the line full size Kohler 1-piece elongated comfort height dual flush toilet with a slow close toilet seat. Bathroom lavatory sink and cabinet is a compact custom build vanity with Kohler faucet. Hot water is supplied by a 20 gallon high efficiency 110 volt electric water heater. Tiny house is cooled and heated by a Fujitsu 9k btu mini split air conditioning and heating unit. Decor switches and plugs throughout. Low voltage 1.9 watts led lighting throughout. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and 2 burner cook top included.
