This is a 8.6'x20' Tiny House built in 2019. It is 164 square feet, plus an additional 56 square feet in the loft for a total of 220 square feet. It has a height of 13'.5". It has been used from August 2019 through present--in great condition and is RVIA certified. The tiny house has an on demand hot water tank, hookups for a washer/dryer combo, a compost toilet (with the hookups available for a flush toilet), a mini split (A/C and heat), and a standard shower.
