After a day in nature you can take a hot shower, take a beverage out of the refrigerator, cook up a hearty meal using the propane stove, farmhouse sink and counter and then relax in front of the wood burning stove. Once ready for a good night’s rest simply lower the queen size bed from the ceiling. In the morning simply raise the bed out of the way and you’re ready to sit down to some breakfast while planning your day. This is a very well-constructed Tiny Home with height, width and lighting all DOT legal. Its foundation is a 14,000 lb dual axle flatbed equipment trailer with power brakes. Walls are 2x4 construction with ½” CDX plywood covered in Tyvek, Anderson windows, R13 insulation and clear cedar clapboard siding. Roof framing is 2x6 Douglas fir, 5/8” plywood, covered with 100% Ice & Water Shield, the heaviest gauge standing seam roof with integrated gutter and spray foam insulated. The entire structure is hurricane strapped and anchor bolted. The interior is pine T&G and oak with cork and tile flooring. Small counters and wood stove surround are copper while the main counter is wood. An additional stow away table stores under the counter. There is loft storage and storage under steps and seating area. If placed in an open area free of shade the Solar PV/battery Off-Grid power system can sustain itself but in case of prolonged bad weather or snow cover the battery bank can be charged via truck alternator via tow harness, a separate generator or 120V grid power from an outlet and extension cord. Internal lighting and refrigerator are hardwired 12V DC while outlets are 120V AC via an inverter. Water system is a 100-gallon storage tank, 12V pump with direct water hookup option. HW heater is a propane Rinnai tankless. Propane is provided from two 30lb tanks which feed stove and HW heater.
