I started started building my dream tiny home back in 2016 a little bit at a time. Today it has a subfloor, roughed in walls, two lofts and it is dry wrapped. The next step is roofing. Right now she is wrapped up nice and tight in two layers of tarp with plywood across the top to keep out moisture.
I have throughly enjoyed working on my tiny build but, in the next few months I am getting married and moving states. I won't have the space and time in this next season of life to take it with me and complete it. I'd love to sell my tiny build to someone interested in starting their build project a few steps ahead for less of the cost.
I bought a Tiny Home Builders custom made 20ft trailer and used "Tiny Living" plans, materials list, book and video resources every step of the way making small adjustments as needed. See the plans at https://www.tinyhomebuilders.com/tiny-houses/tiny-living
The unfinished tiny home comes with a title to the trailer, a printed copy of the Tiny Home Builders plans, loose lumber (should be enough to finish the roof), flooring boards for the lofts, spare and unused hardware, extra dry wrap, roofing paper and a one piece fiberglass shower inside the framing.

I am asking for less than half of what I have invested into it. I would like to bless someone else who may feel like the tiny house dream is out of reach. The build is obviously unfinished and I am selling it as is. Pictures show all the dirt, cob webs and the bit of rust on the underside of the cast iron frame. You will need to be able to pick it up.
Feel free to ask questions. I am eager to find my unfinished build a good home!
