I am selling my tiny house project. It is a 10'x20' shed which has been partially converted into a simple, rustic style tiny house. it would be perfect for a rural setting. I need to sell this ASAP and am willing to negotiate price if the timing is right. the home has wiring for lights and outlets but has never been connected and is not permitted. There is currently no plumbing as I intended to plum through the floor. I also intended to add the bathroom as an addition once the home was moved to land. Moving the home is not simple as the home is not on wheels. I can set up an appointment with a driver to move the building, but this can take time due to the schedule of the drivers. The buyer is responsible for the cost of moving and the rates are set by the driver. the house can be set on a foundation or on bricks. The stove which is pictured has been sold and is not included in the purchase of the building.
