Unique Tiny Home (Handyman Special)

192 square feet. 12x16 with 9 foot walls. Built on skids for an easy move. Less than a year old! (First picture on the bottom of the front of the house is just dirt from the rain) Has 5 different style windows and raw cut cedar steps that leads up to a loft area for sleeping. Can stand up in loft. Loft area does fit a queen size bed. Still needs some minor work done (Flooring, drywall/paint on ceiling) Has running electricity with breaker box and outlets already installed. Can not take payments. Can easily add on another room (bathroom/kitchen) and make it your own. House has to be able to be moved by a company or rollback. It is 14 ft tall. We can take roof off in order for it to be moved by company, but must be able to have someone put it back on or pay extra for us to reinstall. Can adjust price due to circumstance.
