USED 8x16 Converted Cargo Trailer Tiny House

Selling my 8x16 Converted Cargo Trailer! I built this because I wanted to move to Alaska and figured I would need a place to stay while building my house up there. Needless to say my dream fell through. I got married and bought a piece of land in Iowa… I know, drastic difference. But that’s what a good women will do to a man. I bought the trailer new in 2021 and worked on it to completion till 2022. I lived in it with my wife for two years up until we purchased our property during the summer of 2023. I’ve driven it only from the dealership to where I converted the interior, then to a local campground and finally to my property where it sits today. Meaning she’s been hauled less than 50 miles in her short life! It comes with 400 watts of Solar Panels and 4 200mah batteries with all necessary electrical components needed to run solar energy but is currently in “plug in mode.” Which is just my fancy way of saying you need a few extension cords to run each outlet in the trailer, while the solar runs the air fan and the interior lights. The trailer comes equipped with a 15-20 gallon tank water heater and shower. A sink to do dishes and kitchen area to cook your yummy meals. While building this, I surprised myself with how many storage compartments fit in this trailer. Including an open cabinet system under the kitchen and boxed cabinets in the nose of the trailer. Not to mention the “garage” space available under the bed. Everything in the photos comes with the trailer including refrigerator, tv/xbox, wood stove, space heater, air conditioner, water heater, microwave, and anything and everything solar.
