White River Tiny Home

Unused Tiny House built on an 8 x 20 foot dual axle car hauler trailer that comes with title. It can stay on the trailer or be removed to be placed in a permanent location if desired. It requires no special license to haul on the road. The house has a bathroom, sleeping loft, storage loft, kitchen area, and fold out bench for additional sleeping. Water heater and AC/Heat combo unit come installed. It has a 3 x 3 shower and buyers choice of toilet within reason comes installed. The house was made to be durable with grace weather and ice shield used on roof and corners externally. Metal bands and hurricane clips were used on supports internally. The house has spray foam insulation and advantec sub flooring. Pictures of fabrication are available upon request.
