15x25 Tiny House, electric & plumbing installed, high ceilings, bath tub Tiny House on a Foundation for Sale in Gulf Breeze, Florida

We are selling our Airbnb and never had time to finish this awesome tiny house/barn. It’s ~375 square feet plus a sleeping loft which adds another 125+ square feet. It is partly finished inside. The electric and plumbing have been installed. The bathtub is in and plumbed. The high ceiling has been finished. You’ll need to move it from the property. I have someone local who can give you a quote if you’re not moving it too far. $15,000 or best offer. Cash only. Text: 219-680-9206 Email: AmandaMarkus797@Gmail.com
