This 4-season, off-grid compatible home comes in at just under 350 sq. feet, including loft space. Dual loft spaces means you have a spacious sleeping loft with storage as well as a loft for storage above the kitchen. Sleep up to 4 with a queen bed and custom built sleeper sofa that converts into another queen bed. Extra spacious bathroom means plenty of storage space while also having a full sized shower, vanity and toilet. Which can also be exchanged for a composting toilet if off-grid living is your cup of tea. Special requests can be made for off-grid conversion, as it is possible to add a solar array and battery bank, if desired. Kitchen is complete with custom hardwood cabinets and cherry countertops milled and built in-house from start to finish.
