It has a queen size loft and a full size shower and commode. It was originally built by a professional home builder from San Antonio, Tx. It is currently sitting on my property 40 miles north of San Antonio. I replaced the a/c 8 months ago. The living area has a folding couch. The kitchen is open with no appliances. There is a 7.8 cubic foot fridge/freezer. The tires are one year old. Plenty of storage. It can be pulled by a 3/4 ton truck. I will issue a bill of sale at time of purchase.
