Tiny house/camper Premium

I built this custom 8’x16’ with a 4’x8’ deck tiny home/camper in 2014. It served us well until we outgrew it. Kitchen cabinets, sink, and mini fridge are regular home appliances. Water heater is under the sink. The electric and water is hookup only, no generator or water storage. There’s no bathroom, so waste water is from the sink only and is drained from a water hose hookup outside. Main bed is the futon, and there’s a bunk bed on the side wall that also folds up out of the way.
